We understand that every business have its own unique needs. With that in mind we offer variety of rates and terms tailored to your needs.
Hourly Rate
We offer services at a hourly rate with 2 hours minimum. Since we work as your Independent Contractor, you will never pay for our lunch, coffee breaks, holidays, down time or sick leave.
Per Project Rate
Per project rate will require 50% upon client acceptance of the total project cost estimate. The completed project will be turned over to the client upon receipt of the final balance due.
Retainer Rates
Monthly retainers guarantees ongoing support at a discounted rate. The retainer packages offers you stability and secure with peace of mind knowing that you have certain hours with us. This gives you priority attention than other clients involved with different payment plans.
Unused hours in any given months will not carry over to the next month. We encourage all of our clients who choose a retainer package to discuss with us how we can take full advantage of the hours purchased.
Referrals
We truly appreciate the generous word-of-mouth references of our satisifeid clients to their colleagues, family, friends or acquaintances. Clients whose referrals results n a secured contract with a new client will receive a 20% discount off their next invoice.
Payment Options
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover payment through PayPal or checks via post mail. If a check payment is being made to us, we can not begin your project until the check is cleared.
Non-Profit Organizations receives special discounts.
*Clients are required to sign a work agreement outlining the details of work to be performed before we begin our services.
