We stand behind the quality of superior customer service.  If you are not 100% satisfied with our service, simply contact us at anytime and we will correct our errors for free.

We take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction.  Certain circumstances are beyond our control, however, and are not covered by the guarantee. Please note that we can not be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by our clients.
  • Interior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images provided by our clients.
  • Design errors introduced by our client in the document creation process.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quality or product type.
  • Damage to the products or documents arising after delivery to our clients.
  • Damage to the product or documents during delivery by the Postal Service or other carrier.
  • Errors or damages caused by a third party.  Example:  If our client requested that we order business cards through a printing company and the printing company made some errors – they are solely responsible for their errors.  Should there be an error or damage on the printing company’s part, we will help our clients make their dissatisfaction known to them, and ensure that our client receives their refunds or corrections at no cost.
